Radio presenter Jackie ‘O’ Henderson showed off her dramatic weight loss while walking with friends in Clovelly, Sydney on Sunday morning.
The 48-year-old mother-of-one, who recently lost an impressive 18kg in five months, showed off her slim figure in white linen shorts and a beige T-shirt.
She completed her beachy look with a black handbag and white sneakers.
The WW Ambassador tied her blonde hair back in a high bun and hid her eyes behind designer sunglasses.
Jackie was seen walking near her investment property in Gordons Bay before heading to the Coogee Pavilion.

She appeared relaxed as she went for a walk and chatted happily with her friends.
Jackie has a lot to laugh about and recently revealed she’d lost 40lbs in five months thanks to a new diet plan.
She shared a photo on Instagram where she looked slim in a baggy white t-shirt and shorts as she relaxed on a balcony with her dogs.

Jackie has plenty to laugh about and recently revealed she’d lost 18kg in five months thanks to a new WW diet plan. “Five months ago I was 40 pounds heavier and had zero energy. My health was suffering, so I decided to make a complete lifestyle change,” she said

In the caption, she reflected on the ups and downs of her weight loss journey.
“I came back to WW last year because I wanted to get my health back on track and I know their program is working for me,” she began.
“Losing weight has never been about how I look in the mirror, it’s more about an overall sense of well-being and getting my energy levels back,” she continued.
“Five months ago I was 40 pounds heavier and had zero energy. My health suffered as a result, so I decided to make a complete lifestyle change.”
Jackie said she’s lost weight because she’s incorporated daily exercise into her routine and eating healthier. She also gave up alcohol. “I’ve never felt better than I do now,” she added

“I can honestly say I feel happier and healthier than I did in my 20s, and I have more energy for myself and as a mom (and dog mom!)”
She recently revealed on The Kyle and Jackie O Show that she often skips breakfast, a practice known as intermittent fasting.
Jackie also avoids carbs and satisfies her hunger throughout the day by snacking on pre-cut steaks.
“I cook steak and slice it, and then I just eat a small piece of steak when I’m hungry,” she told her co-host Kyle Sandilands.
Jackie refuses to binge on high-calorie foods for lunch, opting for just “three small cutlets of steak” and some Vietnamese rice paper rolls with fish and cabbage.
Shocked by her small portion size, Kyle told her, “A dog would eat more!”
