The former Englishman has lost seven kilos after undergoing “life-saving” stomach surgery and making lifestyle changes.
He gained weight after retiring from football, but had three-quarters of his stomach removed by surgery after a 27-stone hit.
Neil reportedly drank 20 pints of beer a day, along with other food and drink, contributed to a lifestyle he was keen to change.
He previously spoke exclusively to MailOnline about how he blew up during the Corona crisis and the difficulties he encountered with the trip.
Speaking at his home in Kent, the former Liverpool and Spurs defender revealed his new diet has changed dramatically since having surgery in September that took his weight to 27 pounds.
Before the operation, his meals would fill a serving dish, but now he can only manage tiny portions from one of his children’s old cereal bowls.
Razor says, “It looks a little pathetic eating out of this tiny bowl, but it’s literally all I can have right now, it fills me up.”
“I used to love burgers and big steaks, I made big platters of meat all the time – I’ve invested in a brand new kitchen because I got so interested in cooking big meals.” I just don’t feel like it anymore. ‘

Razor said his daily diet typically consists of two Weetabix for breakfast (he used to have five), served with hot milk and honey, and a small cup of tea, followed by a children’s fruit pot for a mid-morning snack.
Lunch often consists of an omelette with an egg and a half, then two bags of skips to make it through to dinner, and then a small ready meal for one, like a shepherd’s pie.
Before going to bed, he eats a granola bar and two gingerbread cookies with a cup of coffee.
He says, “I never used to like muesli, but now I eat it all the time because when you mix it with milk, it digests well.” The same goes for a bag of Skips.
“Eating bread and meat makes me feel really uncomfortable.”
Razor’s wife Leah, to whom he was married for 10 years, says the surgery cost her husband years and admits they are back in bed together because his weight loss has stopped his snoring.
The former glamor model first got in touch with Transform Hospital Group, the clinic that performed the gastric sleeve surgery, after Razor told her about Towie star James Argent’s transformation.
Leah, 41, says: “He looks the same as when I met him – just a little grayer!” When he was at his heaviest it was really concerning for me and the kids.
“When you’re out with him, you can hear people saying, ‘Oh my god, look at his size — he’s a heart attack just waiting to happen.'” It used to really annoy me.
