Real Housewives Of New Jersey star Lauren Manzo has lost 80 pounds.
The 35-year-old reality TV star is the daughter of Caroline Manzo, who has been at odds with her former co-star Teresa Giudice for years.
Lauren said she’s tried for many years to lose weight by exercising, dieting, going gluten-free and even getting the belly band and then sleeve.
Vito Scalia’s wife only lost 50 pounds and couldn’t lose the rest of the weight.
But nothing helped her as she still felt too big, which was taking its toll on her sanity, she explained.
Now she has told Age Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea podcast that she has been taking medication to shed the extra 30 pounds. It’s the star’s turn Weight loss drug Mounjaro.

“I chose gluten [and] dairy free over a year ago. I had the lap band, I had it removed again. “I’ve gained up to 208 pounds,” explained Lauren, 35.
“So I went to a functional medicine doctor.
“I was told you have to be gluten, dairy and soy free.” I couldn’t eat pickles, eggs, potatoes or anything like that for months. And I’ve been on a gluten and dairy free diet for over a year now. I’ve lost 50 pounds.
“I couldn’t lose any more,” Lauren continued.
“And my pharmacist said, ‘Well, I heard Mounjaro works,’ and I said, ‘Oh, I’ll do anything.'”
She shared that she’s lost 30 pounds since February through Mounjaro.
“And I get it — people don’t like it, people don’t applaud, people aren’t whatever, but it’s a shot in the stomach once a week, it’s the same as Ozempic.”

“Ever since I was 20 you guys have seen how hard it is to contend with and it’s been really hard for me.”
“I understand that people who are prediabetic or diabetic need this, but I also believe in it.” [the Ozempic trend has] has helped people [with food issues too]” Lauren said on Thursday.

“She had the lap band — we had to have emergency surgery because her stomach was completely twisted,” Caroline recalls.
“Then she goes and gets the sleeve, which I was so against because she’s only got half a tummy now.”
“And I say, ‘Don’t do the surgery.’ …Begged her not to undergo surgery. [Said]”There’s something hormonal going on.” “Something’s wrong with your body.” …
“I’ve never seen anyone work as hard to stay healthy as this kid.”
