The View’s Ana Navarro responds to claims she’s been using Ozempic to aid her weight loss
Ana Navarro was discussing her weight-loss journey in an Instagram post on Sunday when a follower asked her if she was taking the drug Ozempic.
The 51-year-old View personality posted a photo of herself in a black dress during a weekend getaway to Ciudad Amurallada, Cartagena, Colombia, noting that she went there to celebrate boyfriend Lee Schrager’s birthday.
“If your best friend is @leeschrager and he tells you he wants a weekend away for his birthday, you say, ‘Tell me where and when and I’ll be there,'” Navarro captioned the social media post. “He got his three best friends to drop everything and come to Cartagena to celebrate.”
In response, a commenter suggested that the political strategist used the drug to help her lose weight.
“When will you realize you’re in Ozempic?” asked the commentator. “It will help others.” It works. It’s the real deal. There is the willpower needed to stop overeating. It obviously corrects an insulin imbalance that we must have.”
