The 38-year-old This Morning star stunned followers with her impressive weight loss as she slipped into the form-fitting number with dramatic cape sleeves.
She simply accessorized with a silver necklace and applied a flawless makeup palette to accentuate her beauty.
Josie styled her long blonde tresses in glamorous waves while falling from a center parting down her shoulders.
The ITV presenter thanked attendees for the Stars of Social Care Awards, which she hosted over two nights at the London Marriott Hotel.

She previously told The Sun that she was inspired to get fit after struggling to keep up with her four-year-old son Reggie.
She said, “I couldn’t catch him.” [Reggie] – He ran away from me and I had trouble keeping up with him.’
After the third lockdown in the UK, the blonde beauty joined WW, formerly known as Weight Watchers, in a bid to lose weight.
She gushed at the time, “I’ve already lost ten pounds.” I’m quite tall, so obviously it comes off quicker. The thing is, for me it’s not just about the weight – I feel great. I feel so good!
“I ate a lot before, but I can’t tell you what a difference it has made on my energy.” I can get up and leave. “I actually wake up in the morning with a springy step – it’s been great and I’m faster.”
