But on Saturday, fitness mogul Jono Castano showed off his very own physique transformation after a 10-week challenge.
The 31-year-old posted a before and after collage on his Instagram profile, showing off his incredible weight loss results after shedding 13kg.

In the first picture, the business owner’s stomach appears to be bloated.
In the second picture, Jono’s abs seem to have returned and his biceps are more defined as well.
‘10.5 weeks… I’m back!’ He simply captioned the mirror selfies.
Jono’s challenge comes after he admitted gaining “15kg” during a trip abroad earlier in the year.
Daily Mail has reached out to Jono for comment on his recent fitness journey.

In the past, Jono shared his top tips for getting a slimmer and meaner physique with Daily Mail Australia.
In December 2020, the toned hunk who runs Acero Gym in Sydney urged people to start their fitness journey slowly.
“If your goal is to eat healthier or add exercise to your routine, you’ll be more successful if you start with small changes — and build from there,” he says.
Of course, the best results come with the right fuel, and Jono encourages everyone to understand the importance of what goes into their bodies.

“The iPhone already has a health tracker app, and there are a lot of calorie counting apps out there,” says Jono.
“If weight loss is a goal, your intake needs to be less than the calories you burn on a daily basis.”
Set an achievable, realistic, and measurable goal: “Small wins along the way make it more enjoyable and encourage you to keep going,” says Jono
The wacky hunk also recommends getting a little help along the way to get the best possible outcome.
“Personal training is an investment that will help you get — and stay — on track,” says Jono.
“It doesn’t have to be constant, but it can certainly help produce results and show you new ways to train for optimal impact.”
