A weight loss influencer went viral after sharing the very bizarre meal she says is the secret to her slimmer physique.
Tiffany Magee, who is 1.70m tall, used to weigh 230lbs – but has since undergone a radical transformation after limiting herself to a single meal.
The social media star from Tampa, Fla. has garnered more than 625,000 followers on TikTok by sharing the dish, which consists of a chicken sausage, assorted crunchy vegetables, mustard and cottage cheese.
And others were stunned after Tiffany revealed the combo has helped her shed over 80 pounds so far.

In one of her most recent clips, which has been viewed more than three million times, Tiffany is sitting in her car with her prepared lunch in hand.
She swallows as she explains the individual components to the viewers: “Today for lunch we have chicken sausage with mustard, raw Brussels sprouts with mustard, pickled ocher with some mustard, radish with mustard.” [My] “Favorite thing in the world: hearts of palm with mustard.”
And while she continues to pick up the raw veggies with her hands, Tiffany then eats broccoli and asparagus — both also doused in the cottage cheese and mustard sauce.
But the odd pairings don’t stop there, as the influencer reaches for slices of dragon fruit and Japanese white sweet potatoes.
She washes it all down with a bottle of watermelon electrolyte.
Tiffany has repeatedly uploaded clips of her eating a similar, if not identical, combination, which she says is due to her weight loss.
And other social media users were stunned as they showered the praise.
One wrote, “I’m about to spend the rest of my bank account on these veggies and some mustard.”

But the social media star has tried to cement her position once and for all by launching her own line of merchandise as well as a cookbook called Live, Laugh, Mustard.
Tiffany revealed more details about her transformation on her blog, writing, “I’ve struggled with weight loss since I was eight years old.”
“My whole family was overweight and the way we ate made it impossible for me to reach a healthy weight.”

“I wanted to be fit, healthy and happy, but I wasn’t any of those things.”
